Fall 2016 Registration Schedule

 

Registration Office Hours

Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m.

College Closed on Fridays until August 12, 2016

The College will be closed on all advertised holidays.

 

 

Wednesday, June 8- Thursday, June 9         Office of Disability Service Advising and Priority Registration by appointment. Students should contact the ADA Coordinator at their respective locations to schedule an appointment.

Monday, June 13                                                Advising for currently enrolled students begins. Advising by appointment with Faculty and Student Services Staff members. Faculty will send grades first announcements to schedule assigned advisees during their office hours. All students who are not assigned to a faculty advisor should schedule an appointment to meet with an advisor in the Student Services Office. Students enrolled in the Student Support Services (SSS) Federal TRIO Program should contact the Academic Coaching Specialist or Director for SSS for advising and registration.

Monday, June 20                                                Web Registration (www.cacc.edu) and On-Campus registration begins for currently enrolled, readmit, or transient students. Students may access web registration via their MyCACC accounts.

                                                                                                On-campus registration for currently enrolled, readmit, or transient students will be held on-campus in the Office of Student Services on June 20-23, June 28-30, July 5-14, July 19-25, July 28-August 4, August 9-11 and August 16.

Monday, August 1                                              *Tuition Deadline. Students registering prior to this date for Fall Semester classes must have all tuition and fees paid in the Cashier’s Office or be confirmed in Financial Aid by 4:30 p.m. to avoid being deleted from classes. 

Tuesday, August 16                                           Registration for the Full Fall Semester and First Mini-term ends at 4:30 p.m.

*Final tuition due deadline for the full Fall Semester and First Mini-

term at 4:30 p.m.

Drop/Add ends on Friday, August 19 at 11:00 a.m.

October 12, 2016                                Drop/Add ends for Second Mini-term classes at 4:30 p.m.

*Tuition Deadline for Student registering for FALL SEMESTER 2016

Students registering for fall semester classes must pay all tuition and fees in the Cashier's Office

or have their tuition and fees confirmed in the Financial Aid Office by August 1, 2016 by 4:30 p.m. to

avoid deletion of their class schedule.

 

If a student registers for classes after August 1, 2016, all tuition and fees must be paid in the

Cashier's Office or be confirmed in the Financial Aid Office by August 16, 2016 before

4:30 p.m. to avoid deletion of their class schedule.

 

AUGUST 16, 2016 is the last date for students to register and pay for

FALL Semester classes and first mini-term classes.

 

Students registering for 2nd Mini-term summer classes (that have not registered for these

classes at the beginning of the fall term) must pay all tuition and fees in the Cashier's Office by

4:30 p.m. on October 10, 2016 to avoid deletion of their class schedule for the 2nd mini-term.

 

Students receiving financial aid are advised to register for all classes at the beginning of the term.

All tuition and fees for second-mini must be paid by October 10, 2016, at 4:30 p.m.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CLASS ATTENDANCE/PARTICIPATION

FOR FALL 2016

 

Students who have not attended traditional/hybrid classes by Wednesday, August 24, 2016 will be dropped

from the class(es). Students registered in Internet class(es) who have not logged into their Moodle account

and completed their mandatory on-line orientation assignment by 11:00 pm on Wednesday, August 24, 2016

 will be dropped from the class(es). Students enrolled in online math classes, who have not attended the

mandatory in-person Math orientation session by Wednesday, August 24, 2016, will be dropped from the

class(es). Students who have been dropped from a class or classes will not be reinstated, unless there is a

verifiable error made by the College.
